Law in Action is back
Law in Action (BBC Radio 4) began a new series September 25. This week's programme examines whether it is time to compel witnesses in England and Wales and the value of DNA evidence. It also contains an interview with the Chief Inspector of Prisons, Anne Owers, about prison conditions.
Law in Action's programmes are now available in .mp3 form. To either download the weekly programme or subscribe to the podcast, click here. Apparently, the .mp3 version will be available for only one week after the broadcast.
The recording of the programme remains available in the traditional form (BBC Radio Player, or Real Player) - for one week, as usual.
