U.S. Supreme Court - October Term 2007 The Supreme Court began its year on the first Monday in October. Court groupies will be pleased to note a new wiki about the Supreme Court's cases this year - known to the specialists as OT07 (the term beginning in October, 2007). It comes to us from SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) blog, and will have some podcasts associated with it. For instance, Ohio State law professor Douglas Berman discusses the cases, argued this week, of Kimbrough v. U.S. and Gall v. U.S. (about federal sentencing guidelines) in a 10-minute podcast available through a link at the bottom of this page of the wiki. No script, but lots of background information about each case on the wiki page.
