More Perfect

A new podcast program about the U.S. Supreme Court, More Perfect, has begun on Radiolab. « More Perfect » is an allusion to an expression in the preamble to the U.S. Constitution. The first episode is about the death penalty, the second about the 1962 case that Earl Warren described as the most important of his time on the Court, Baker v. Carr (about redistricting). The internet page for each episode had pictures, links to books and other information about people interviewed in preparation for the program. About 40 min, no transcript.
