Auto License Plates and Free Speech

Before the U.S. Supreme Court this week is the question of whether the state of Texas can refuse a request for a specialty license plate by the Sons of Confederate Veterans and featured a Confederate battle flag. The argument of the group is that their free speech right is being violated. NPR's Nina Totenberg has the story here.
