GPS and an old Constitution

NPR's Fresh Air has an interview with Jeffrey Rosen, one of the authors of a book entitled Constitution 3.0; Freedom And Technological Change, examining the question of how to interpret the American Constitution, written over 200 years ago, in the digital era. The Supreme Court will, for instance, have to decide a case this term about whether attaching a GPS device to a car constitutes an unreasonable search under the Fourth Amendment.
