Challenge to Health Care Law before the U.S. Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Nov. 14th agreed to hear a challenge to the constitutionality of the 2010 health care law ("The Affordable Care Act") this spring. It has scheduled a very unusual five and a half hours of oral argument instead of the usual one hour. The Federalist Society, a conservative think tank, organised a debate on Nov. 12th between Lawrence Tribe, the Harvard Law constitutional law scholar and  Paul D. Clement, a former U.S. Solicitor General. The first six minutes of the video are a presentation of the two debaters, Tribe's argument is 15 minutes long, as is Clement's, then 7 1/2 min. each of rebuttals, then questions from the audience.
