Religion and Public Schools

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments yesterday in a complicated case involving the right of a public university to deny offical status and subsidies to groups that exclude certain people (in the specific case, homosexuals and those advocating pre-marital sex). Nina Totenberg's presentation of the case before oral argument is here, and her summary after the case was argued is here. Both reports about 5 min., rough transcript available.
