Supreme Court Nominations The first ten minutes of this program of C-Span's America and the Courts talks about how President Bush is preparing for the selection of a new Supreme Court justice. The segment includes examples of the advertisements about the nomination that can already be seen on American television even though there is not yet a nominee. At 35 min., there is a segment with interviews outside the courthouse where the journalist Judith Miller was sentenced to prison for refusing to reveal the name of the person or people who gave her information that Valerie Plame wan an undercover CIA agent.
