The U.S. Supreme Court is about to begin its new term which starts traditionally the first Monday in October. OnPoint's Oct. 1 program on WBUR radio was about the future of the Court. Guests were journalist Jan Crawford Greenburg and law professors Laurence Tribe and Richard Garnett. Flashplayer or .mp3 - 55m - no transcript. And since we're talking about the U.S. Supreme Court, BBC's Law in Action for this week talks about Barack Obama the constitutional law professor with interviews with two of his former students.
