International human rights in U.S. courts In April, 2006, Judge William Fletcher of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals gave a lecture at the University of Virginia about international human rights in U.S. courts. The 45 min. speech can be found on this page, either in streaming audio (with his introduction) or video (just Judge Fletcher's remarks). Windows Media Player is required for the streaming options. An .mp3 audio file is also available for downloading. The written form of this lecture has just appeared in The Virginia Law Review' publication "In Brief" along with three responses from law professors.
