Legal Pluralism BBC's Law in Action ends its recent series of programs with one that has proved controversial - "The end of one law for all?" You can get an idea of the misunderstandings that have arisen here. The program presents ethnic and religious courts that are gaining ground in the UK — mostly in civil cases, but some in petty criminal matters as well. Since this is the last program of the series, the recording will probably remain until the next series begins at the end of January (unless, of course, it's too controversial).
